Notes:

한쪽에 긴 손잡이가 달려 있는 손잡이 향로는 승려가 사용하던 불교의식법구 중 하나이다. 이 연꽃가지손잡이향로는 초두(金焦斗) 형태의 일반 손잡이향로와는 달리 받침 부분이 넓은 연꽃잎 형태이며, 그 위로 긴 줄기가 이어져 다시 연꽃봉오리 모양의 향로 부분을 받치고 있다. 받침과 향로 부분에서 갈라진 두 개의 줄기가 합쳐지는 부분이 손잡이 부분이었는데 일부가 절단되어 있다. 받침 상부에 ″大康三年…″이라는 글귀가 새겨져 있어, 고려 1077년에 제작된 것임
