There is an additional wider, decorative register above the text that contains traditional blessings for the wedding couple. This register is known in Iranian as the sar lowh. Above the sar lowh are three decorative registers containing acronyms, which are most likely blessings for the bride and groom. The text is enclosed in a long rectangular decorative border composed of a blue, gold, silver, and brown stylized vine motif.
