- Designed by Sidney Mason Stone and built in 1859 for Pelatiah Petit, Yale University acquired this house in 1931. Used first by the Peabody Museum of Natural History (1937-1960) and then as a residence for Yale officials until 1984 when it was renovated for use by the Yale School of Organization and Management.
