Notes:
A coat of arms with a wavy-lined speckled fess in the center. Above this are two fleurs-de-lis; below, just one. At the center of the shield, above the fess, is a smaller coat of arms with two repeating quadrants: the first is vertically divided with a humetté in the center. The humetté contains three ermine spots. Above are two cougar heads; below, just one. The other quadrant design is divided up by two fess, with three ermine spots apiece in the alternating spaces. At the crest of the larger shield is the head and neck of a stag. Below the shield is the motto Tout En Bon Heure.
