Sack catalogue description: Hepplewhite mahogany inlaid writing table, the rectangular case has one row of divided drawers below which is a center arch flanked by a drawer on each side, the drawers have line-inlaid panels with ovolo corners and line-inlaid edges; the top with similar inlay, tapered legs, mellow light brown patina. A scarce and highly practical form in American furniture.
