Sack catalogue description: Hepplewhite mahogany upholstered-back side chair, tapered legs with serpentine corner brackets, serpentine seat with bowed sides and bowed crest rail; the chair retains the original linen undercover. An identical chair, apparently of the same set, is in the Henry F. du Pont Winterthur Museum.
