- Sack catalogue description: Queen Anne walnut side chair, the back is superbly modeled with rounded undulating stiles and crest centered by shell and scrolled volutes, the vase-shaped splat has an openwork pattern with acanthus carving; the cabriole legs have shell-carved knees while the knee brackets are acanthus-carved with scrolled voluted terminals, light golden color. Ex-collection Mr. and Mrs. Mitchel Taradash.
