Notes:: Sack catalogue description: Queen Anne San Domingan mahogany dropleaf dining table of important size, circular top of finely figured grain, flattened arch apron; turned legs ending in crisp wafer pad platformed feet, in mint condition with old or original finish. The method of securing the top is rare and shown in the structural photograph, maple strips are nailed to the underside of the top with rose headed nails and tenoned into the frame; Townsend-Goddard school.
