Sack catalogue description: Queen Anne mahogany tray-top tea table with candleslides, the smoothly curved cabriole legs with C-scrolled marginal borders and the rhythmic cyma-curved apron have no superior and few equals in any American tea table; the original tray top moldings have notched corners, fine bronze patina. This table belonged to Mary Revere, daughter of Paul Revere and Sarah Orne; a letter from the descendant is reproduced with the table.
