- Old Tang, our favorite boatman, on whose small boat OTL [Oliver Tracy Logan] installed a Waterman outboard motor and went to meet the 2 older children on the last leg of their 1500 mile, two-week-long trip home from school in Chefoo, North China.
Captions for this set of lantern slides from the papers of Oliver and Jennie Logan, American Presbyterian missionaries in Hunan, were provided by their daughter Elsa.
